Anti Aging Health – How to Look Young and Vibrant

Anti aging health is a big question these days, not only do people want to look good, but they do not want the side-effects that come with traditional anti aging health practices like cosmetic surgery, and botox injections.

I completely agree with this myself, I almost tried a medical anti aging method years ago, but I changed my mind at the last minute, and decided to go a natural route instead.

Using only the best natural skincare products is one of the wisest choices you can make, because they have no side-effects, and they really nurture your skin.

The only downside is that they can sometimes take a bit longer to show results, so you will have to keep applying them a few weeks or even a few months to start seeing results, but once the results start, you will be happy that you did, this happened to me.

The thing that you really have to be on the lookout for are harmful ingredients, and these are present in almost all skincare products out there today, things like fragrances, dioxanes, and parabens can cause big problems down the road.

Collagen and elastin are two important skin proteins that are really crucial to get more of. You see, when we’re younger, we have an abundance of collagen and elastin, but when we age we start getting less and less of them.

You cannot apply collagen and elastin topically, because your skin cannot absorb it, the protein molecules are too big. You also cannot take it as a supplement, because it has not been proven to be effective, so that would be a waste of money.

The only thing that I know of is to find an ingredient that naturally helps your body increase its collagen and elastin levels. There is an ingredient like that, and I have been using it daily myself.

Can I say something? When you were born, your mother took care of you. She never asked you anything, she never gave you grief as a baby, she fed you, loved you, and nurtured you. Obviously, you were perfect, as she never gave birth to a second child. She clothed you, bathed you, gave you medicine, and fed you several bottles a day, or even breast fed you. She made sure your diaper was clean 8 times a day. 8 times! She made sure you didn't cry, and that you grew up to be an adult. Obviously, she did that job well, as we are only looking at facts, not opinions.

You say you lack compassion. Surely, it would be sad if any other human you loved were in this condition, right? Surely your mother did not raise a compassion-less child. Surely she raised you with everything you need to get through life, best she knew how to give it to you, anyway.

Now the facts, your mother needs you to help her to eat, help her to dress, help her to have her medicine, help to bathe, and where are you? You should be there, but not in a forced way, in a natural way. No one says that you have to bend over backwards, but you do need to provide care with compassion, even if she is lashing out at you, as pain can do that to us humans. Is there a pastor she has that can come by to comfort? Does she have church members who know she is ill? We don't always have to provide the comfort ourselves, but we should try to find compassion for the ones we do love. What about friends? What about hospice? What about Meals on Wheels? They love doing things like this for shut-ins. Again, you don't necessarily have to do it, but you have to make sure it happens.
