Feet are probably the most important part of our body. We have to take care of our feet very well. You will get much benefit by taking care of your feet. In fact a domino effect of balance in your entire life can be created by well-groomed feet. Especially in some Eastern cultures, caring for feet means a lot to them even more important to their life. You have to wash your feet before entering a home or a temple there. They believe feet can easily get dirty then cause much diseases. To clean up their feet is the first thing they need to do in their life. Now there are some tips for you to take care of your feet well.

To put a foot brush near the tub. To get used to wash your feet with foot brush as long as you return home. If you got more time, you can take daily shower which can slough off dead skin, dirt and germs. Of course foot brush gets much cheaper which only costs you a couple of dollars and much softer to protect your skin.

Scrub on your feet with a mint no matter how small exfoliation on your feet. Keep doing it regularly then it will make better blood circulation to our feet. Better circulation means blood is getting to the area with beautifying effect on the foot. But do not scrub your feet too hard. It will hurt your feet skin.

Besides pumice stone is also ideal tool. You can use it for once a week. Keep near the tub but do not let it become wet for long time or it may crumble easily. Pumice stone is the best tool for any accumulations of the skin like calluses.

Regular pedicures also will be helpful to your feet health. Both of men and women regularly pedicures fits for. You can request a buff instead of a polish. There are some great types of pedicure such as masque, exfoliation and massage. You can get free to try. While I suggest you doing nails trim with a nail cutter. Just treat your feet nail like your finger nail.

Foot balm can not be neglected. But please stay away from some moisturizers which possibly have harmful ingredients to your skin. In fact very few people know that dry cracked feet could be sign of an infection. Harmful ingredients would easily inflame cracked areas. You can try a balm on your feet before you sleep instead of moisturizers.

You are supposed to know that yellow toenails or cracks in your feet are sign of unhealthy sometimes even worse.Toe and feet fungus seem to be a predicament affecting men as well as women especially when people are getting old. After all diseases will effect your happy life. Before you start to prevent infections you need to get know that infections are usually caused by too tight shoes or lowered immune system. From now on you do not need to see the doctors but do it by yourself. It is easy but need your persistence.

Here are foot baths you can choose:

1. Boil 1 quart of water. Make a small pouch of any of the following herbs: lavender, sage, rosemary. Place the pouch in a large wash bowl or bucket and pour the boiling water over it. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Add cold water, if necessary, to reach a comfortable temperature between 100 and 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Soak your feet in the water for about 20 minutes. Gently rub the herbs on your feet but do not scrub. Dry feet thoroughly with a clean towel. Bathing salts also soften your skin.

2. OR 1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Liquid Soap (I used dish soap)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Sweet Almond Oil

Choose any of the two concoctions. Then massage foot with mineral oil, olive oil or baby oil. Apply nail polish after your nails are clean.

Well air out your pointe shoes after every time you work in them. Allow them to dry on a 360 degree radius, use a breathable bag. You don't want your shoes to become moldy by putting damp shoes into a closed bag. Also if you are working more than 2 hours in them at a time, switch shoes (that means you should have 2 working pairs at a time), that way you aren't breaking down the materials in the box as quickly and you are allowing it to "harden" again. You should also allow one pair to dry for at least 36 hours before you use them again.

As for your feet, always keep your toenails trimmed. Use a breathable "paper" tape if you need to tape your toes to avoid blisters. You can soak in epsom salts if you begin getting cramps in your arches. Always use cream when you get out of the shower. This is a good time to massage your arches…this is just a feel good thing.
